Do employers allow medical marijuana use for employees?

California Supreme Court has allowed employers to reject applicants and fire employees who test positive for cannabis, regardless of their medical or recreational status. However, some employers can make certain exceptions if they present a valid medical marijuana card recommendation. Support Cal NORML in their attempt to change this.

Amazing doctor and great customer service. I got my medical marijuana renewal from the clinic and had a pretty good experience with them. Their process is all online. The doctor does 420 evaluations online via video call. It was actually a quite new experience for me. I have never had a consultation with a doctor digitally. It is really very convenient. He asked about my medical concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I had some concerns and the doctor was kind enough to help me with them. He was really patient with me and I really appreciate that. Received my rec through email the same day so no complaints there. Also another great thing about their clinic is the transparency. I have been taking MMJ recommendations from them for the past two years. And never in two years have they disappointed me with their services. The staff is amicable and they have some of the best doctors. I visited the clinic for the first time but soon I got to know that they have their own website. So, now I simply visit their website and get my recommendation renewed in less than 15 minutes. In fact, some people think that getting a rec from a website is not safe. But I'd say otherwise because they have a systemized procedure and you can talk to the doctor over a video call without having to wait for an appointment. Overall, the process of telemedicine is quite impressive because you can sit at your home relax and a PDF copy of your recommendation is mailed to you on your email address by the doctor. Instead, I must say I was quite thrilled to see that now you can get everything with just one click. And thanks to them, they saved me from the trouble of visiting the clinic again and again.
